ANATOMY COURSE
Master everything that you need to know about the anatomy of the body in order to become a world-class Pilates instructor.
In this course, you will learn about anatomical terminology, the skeletal system (including bone structure and function), joints and joint movement, muscle structure and function, muscle levers, muscle terminology and the muscles that move the body!

PLATINUM COURSE
