At Studio Pilates, we pay homage to the traditional Pilates exercises, but we approach those exercises through modern science. Because what we know about the human body today is very different to what was known back in the 1920s when Joseph Pilates invented Pilates. Because of this, all of our courses are created by physiotherapists and are based on the latest scientific research in relation to core muscle activation. So you can be sure that you're learning the very latest in clinical Pilates and have the knowledge to instruct classes for general fitness or rehabilitation.

Studio Pilates is currently the largest provider of Pilates education in Australia, having trained over 12,000+ instructors. At its core, we are focused on providing practical Pilates education which sets instructors up to face any challenge that they may encounter in the real world.
